Our moment came when we—two women from completely different backgrounds—realized that we shared the same vision: a world where equal opportunity, respect, and psychological safety aren't just fancy words, but a lived reality.
We are Dr. Gisela Zimmermann, cultural anthropologist and expert in intercultural communication, and Denise Fichter, former CEO of a tech company and team-building expert. We share the conviction that a healthy, inclusive work culture not only empowers people but also makes teams more productive, creative, and resilient.
